Lounge

Entering the lounge you are immediately blown away by the open plan aspect of the lounge kitchen/diner. The focus of the large space and the hub of the house is the large island which houses the essential wine cooler. Thoroughly modern in design and comfortable. There are patio doors leading out to the a generous size community pool and furnished sun terrace.  Sun loungers ensure you can top up your tan as often as you like or why not take a dip in the community pool and with the added bonus of air conditioning throughout you will never get too hot under the collar. Wifi and a full selection of english TV and sports are also available.

Kitchen

The kitchen is low maintenance with an integrated eye-level oven and microwave.  All the cabinetry is soft closing and of course no kitchen is complete without a dishwasher, kettle and toaster.  If its a quick snack or a dinner at home then you can make use of the large dining table or the island . In the utility area you will find a butlers sink and washing machine.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is tranquil and relaxed with cool tones throughout and a large double bed. There is ample storage space if you like to unpack whilst your on holiday. The double bed is shouldered by bedside cabinets. If you fancy having a cup of tea in your own space then why not enjoy it on the connecting sun terrace.

Bedrooms  2, 3 & 4

Single beds are available in all bedrooms but can be adapted to kingsize if required.

Bathrooms

The downstairs bathroom has a full size bath with up and over shower facility and the upstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower for the moments that you want to wash and go.
