Management the way you want it!

Regular Property Inspection – This includes airing and any recommendations for improvements to your property. To give your property the edge over competition we regularly sit down with you to discuss any updates ie wi-fi, TV and painting etc.
Personal Attention -An on-site office at La Manga Club Resort who are helpful and well informed.
Your Way – We do things the way YOU want, when you want it.
Our Office – We are situated in the heart of La Manga Club in Bellaluz Square.
Housekeeping – We have our own cleaners who are personally known to us and who take pride in their work.
Car Hire /Taxi -We can arrange car hire or a taxi for you or your guests. It can be delivered to the airport ready for your arrival or alternatively be ready for you at your property.
Airport Pick-Up Service – We can arrange a door-to-door service for you or your guests to be picked up from the airport.
General Maintenance & Redecoration – We can arrange for general maintenance or any re-decoration including full re-furbishment.
Tourist Information – We provide an essential up-to-date guide in every property.
Key Collection Service – we offer a FREE key collection and drop-of service.
Pooled Linen – we dont ask you to buy into a Pooled Linen Service. We use our linen and its FREE of charge
Nursery Equipment- cots, high chairs and stair gates are available
Customer Feedback- We constantly ask our rental clients for feedback.
Website Advertising– FREE of charge

Key Holding
Birthdays/Special Occasions – If you are celebrating a birthday or special occasion we can arrange a hand made cake for you or a bottle of bubbly. Just give us your requirements and we will do the rest.
