This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa is stylishly furnished. Its situated in a peaceful location next to the pine trees, and is accessed via steps from the parking area so may not be suitable for the elderley or people with young children.  It offers spectacular views from the terraces across the resort to the Mar Menor beyond, and is just a short walk from the pool via the pretty pathways through the community. The property is fully air conditioned, has ceiling fans in the lounge and each bedroom, and of course wifi is also included in the price.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped for dining at home if you dont fancy dragging yourself out.  Here you will find a dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob.  The Full size Fridge/freezer is large enough to keep everything chilled to perfection and for added convenience there is also an Air Fryer. There is a patio door leading out the the furnished terrace with built-BBQ.

Lounge

The lounge is airy and includes a Smart TV, dining table,  Ceiling fan and air conditioning.  The large french windows take you out to a funrished sun terrace with a built in BBQ for dining al-fresco during the warm summer nights.

Ground Floor – Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has an ensuite – Double bed and ceiling fan. The bed is shouldered by bedside cabinets and there is also air conditioning along with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. Patio doors take you out to a grassed area at the rear of the property. In the En-Suite there are twin handwash basins, WC, bidet and a full size bath with up and over shower facility.

Twin Bedroom

The twin room has 2 single beds that can be easily adapted to king size if preferred. There are 2 bedside cabinets either side and air conditioning with an added ceiling fan.

Family Bathroom

In the family bathroom there is a large vanity mirror and hand wash bazin.  You will also find the washing machine here and a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside

This villa benefits from a super large rooftop solarium for topping up the essential summer tan.  The views are outstanding of the surrounding pine woods and La Manga Club.
