About this property

Los Molinos also known as the windmill is one of the only communities that has a poolside restaurant other than Bellaluz.  A fabulous swimming pool and mature gardens surround this area.

Lounge

Entering this property you are immediately greeted with a fabulous view of La Manga Club and the Mar Menor.  The lounge is spacious and has ample seating for every guest.  There is a real log fire for keeping warm during the winter months and air conditioning to cool you down during the summer.  The dining table is here and sits 6.  There is a large wall mounted TV for keeping upto date with all your soaps and sports events whilst here. Bi-fold doors take you out to the furnished sun terrace.

Kitchen

In the kitchen you will not be disappointed as its well equipped with everything you could need for cooking up a storm.  There is a full size fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.  A patio door takes you out to a furnished sun terrace. Here you will find a built in BBQ if you fancy dining al-fresco sipping something chilled. Take a while drinking in the views and greenery of the surroundings.  The dishwasher ensures you are not spending all day doing the washing up. There is also a washing machine.

Master Bedroom

On the first floor you will find the large and spacious master bedroom with ensuite shower room.  There is a large double bed taking full advantage of the stunning views from patio doors leading out to a private furnished terrace.  The bedroom also boasts a wall mounted TV and plenty of storage space for all your holiday essentials.  The ensuite shower room is bright and airy.  You will find a heated towel rail, WC, walkin shower and hand wash basin with vanity mirror.

Bedroom 2

On the lower floor there are 2 further bedrooms.  One boasts a double bed with ensuite bathroom and up and over shower facitilty. The other bedroom has 2 single beds that can be adapted if required to king size.  It has access to a another terrace where you can take full advantage of the afternoon shade if it gets to hot for you.  Both bedrooms have ceiling fans if you prefer and air conditioning.  Again both bedrooms have wall mounted TV´s and  more than enough storage with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Bathroom

There is a large family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hand wash basin.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is a stones throw away from the villa and also boasts a poolside restaurant if you fancy lunch, dinner or even a cocktail.
