Los Molinos Semi-Detached Villa spread over 3 floors
Kitchen
This villa offers a very well equipped kitchen with everything close to hand. There is a full size fridge/freezer for keeping the wine chilled and a dishwasher. In addition you will also find a washing machine and kettle and toaster. There is a microwave, ceramic hob, extractor and electric oven. Patio doors takes you out to the furnished terrace and built in BBQ.
Living Room
A bright and spacious lounge area has seating for 6 on the large leather sofas. There is a large dining table so if you fancy some home cooked food this is the place to be. The TV has full English channels so you can still watch your favourite soaps or sporting events and there is also a dvd player. In addition to air conditioning there is also a ceiling fan so you wont get all hot under the collar. Patio doors take you out to the furnished terrace with dining table and built in BBQ so why not enjoy the warm nights and dine al-fresco. If the afternoons get too hot for you a retractable awning is on hand for some much needed shade. Stunning views of Los Molinos, the Mar Menor and La Manga from all terraces make this a real haven.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a large double bed and features an en-suite bathroom with the added bonus of a jacuzzi. Because there are floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes there is plenty of room for all you holiday belongings. Air conditioning is just perfect and there is also cable tv and 2 bedside cabinets. There are french doors leading out to the rear of the property where you will find a clothes airer and some much needed shade.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds but if you prefer a king size these can be adapted. The is a bedside cabinet and floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes. There is air conditioning and also french doors leading out to the rear of the property.
Bedroom 3 is accessed via a separate stair well on the outside of the property . This bedroom is completely self contained and has an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Air conditioning and cable TV. There is a mini fridge and kettle and a large double bed.
Bathrooms
In the en-suite bathroom you will find dual aspect hand wash basins and a vanity mirror. A large jacuzzi is the real selling point here for soaking the sun away. A hairdryer and straighteners are provided as well.
In the family bathroom there is a walk-in shower and a hand wash basin. A large vanity mirror and hairdryer and heated towel rail.
In the 3 bathroom (separate to villa) there is a walk-in shower, hand wash basin, WC and hairdryer. Because this bedroom is seperate to the main villa a travel kettle and mini fridge is also supplied just in case your dying for a cuppa or cold drink and dont wont to venture downstairs.
Outside
Outside on the terrace accessible from the lounge there is a built-in BBQ and on the top terrace another built-in BBQ.
**PLEASE NOTE bedroom 3 is completely self-contained and accessed via a seperate stair well on the outside of the villa.
