Lounge

The villa opens into the lounge. You will find a comfy sofa and an 2 additional arm chairs.  The dining table seats 4 for enjoying some home cooked food or you could sit outside on the furnished terrace.  The villa has air-conditioning through-out so you wont get too hot under the collar. Why not have a BBQ in the warm barmie evenings here and enjoy the amazing views of Los Molinos and La Manga Club. There is a large flat screen TV with full English channels for sports events and watching your favourite soaps.

Outside

Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the furnished sun terrace and upstairs there is a large rooftop solarium for enjoying the sun and topping up your tan.

Kitchen

The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, a kettle and toaster. There is a dishwasher so that you won´t have to  spend your valuable holiday time doing the washing up. A large fridge-freezer ensures that you have plenty of room for chilling that all important glass of wine or beer.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Downstairs are the bedrooms and the bathrooms. In the master bedroom there are twin beds that can be adapted to kingsize if your prefer. There are also 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.

The master bedroom also has the added bonus of an en-suite bathroom that has a large walk in shower, 2 hand wash basins and a WC. In addition to the en-suite there are also patio doors leading out to a sun terrace for those early risers that want to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

The twin room has air-conditioning, bedside cabinets and ample wardrobe space.

The family bathroom is where you will find the washing machine. There is a walk in shower, a hand wash basin and WC.
