Living Room
The lounge area is large and airy and has ample seating for 6 plus. With a large flat screen TV, DVD player, air conditioning and a Dining Table. French doors lead out to a furnished patio ideal for sitting in the shade. The swimming pool is literally 7 steps away and at the rear of the property. Additional Patio doors at the other end of the lounge lead out to a large sun terrace at the front of the property which includes a built in BBQ ideal for dining at home after a long day at the pool or on the golf course. Stairs lead upto a sun baked solarium where you can top up your tan.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are located downstairs next to a separate family bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a recently updated en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is at the front of the property and has patio doors that lead onto a pretty outside terrace. The mirrored wardrobes offer plenty of space for your belongings and there is a safe for personal effects. A hairdryer is also included. The en-suite has W.C. and walk in shower space and twin hand basins. The twin bedroom is a good size with fitted large wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside tables.
Bathrooms
All bathrooms are finished to a high standard with plenty of cupboard space. Towels and linen are provided for your stay. The family bathroom has W.C. and bath and overhead shower facility. There is a First Aid kit kept in one of the drawers and washing machine is housed in here too. The En-Suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, dual aspect hand wash basins, WC and hairdryer.
Outside
The swimming pool of Los Altos is no more that a few steps away so not far to go too top up that tan. The property has 3 gorgeous sun terraces so you really are spoilt for choice.
