Entering into this refurbished property you immediatley feel at ease and in holiday mode.  The lounge has seating for 4 with a sofa and easy chair.  The large TV is wall mounted for easy viewing and features a full range of English Channels and sport so you wont miss out on your favourite soap or sporting event whilst here.  Patio doors take you out to a furnished sun terrace with a dining table and built in BBQ.  Dine al-fresco in the balmy night air and watch the world go by whilst enjoying a glass of something chilled. During the winter months you can take full advantage of the working fireplace.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly situated and has all modern appliances and rest assured you wont miss out on the social aspect or the good gossip here.  There is a seperate dining area that seats 6.

Master Bedroom

In the master bedroom there is a king size bed that can be easily adapted to singles if required.  There is also air conditioning and a large ceiling fan making sure you dont overheat . Patio doors take you out to a grassed area at the rear of the property.  A large fitted wardrobe ensures you have enough space for all your holiday essentials as does a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Twin beds dominate the room but can be adapted to king size if required and you will also find a chest of drawers and a large fitted wardrobe.   Spoilt for choice you have air conditioning or a ceiling fan to keep you cool during the hot summer months.

The family bathroom is where you will find the washing machine.  There is a large seperate shower and hand wash basin.  A large vanity mirror and WC also share the space.

Rooftop Solarium

Watch the stars or top up your tan up on the rooftop solarium.  Great views of the Mar Menor (small sea) are visible and twinkling lights glisten in the distance.
