A cool and generously spacious home from home. Las Palmeras is one of 30 apartments in a small friendly development surrounded by well kept, peaceful, gardens all set around a large beautiful pool. Las Palmeras is located centrally in the La Manga Club resort, making it an excellent alternative to Los Olivos.

Lounge

The living dining room has a sectional sofa and recliner chair, flat screen TV with range of British TV stations and sports and movie channels, a Blue Ray /DVD Player and sound system. (an extensive DVD library is located in the wardrobe in the master suite for those rare rainy days) The extendable dining table can comfortably seat six. In the sideboard is a comprehensive range of board games and a CD player/bluetooth speaker. There is a log fire in the lounge for snuggling up in the chilly winter months.

Master Bedroom

There is a large kingsize bed in the master bedroom which can be adapted to singles if required and there is also loads of storage space for those holiday essentials in the floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes.  Bedside cabinets shoulder the kingsize bed with standard lamps.  Blackout thermal curtains have also been fitted to keep the heat out in Summer, and to enable a good night’s sleep.  The added bonus of the master is two-fold as there is an additional private terrace for enjoying an early morning cuppa in peace or a cheeky wine.  The second bonus of the master is the en-suite bathroom that has the best of both worlds.  A full size bath or a large walk-in shower.  There are also dual hand wash basins, a WC and toilet.

Kitchen

The newly fitted kitchen is fully kitted out with a granite work top with an eye level Bosch oven.  Theres a built in microwave, Bosch induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. For all the coffee addicts out there you will also find a Nespresso coffee machine.  Snackers will delight in a sandwich toaster and kettle and theres even a blender for a healthy morning smoothie! In fact anything you need you will find in this exceptionally well thought out kitchen.

Bedroom 2

Fitted with singles beds that can be adapted to kingsize if required.  Ample storage space and bedside cabinets make this bedroom super comfortable.

Family Bathroom

The large vanity mirror sits above the handwash basin.  A hairdryer can be found in both bathrooms.  A large walk-in shower and toilet also feature.

Mezzanine

Stairs lead up to a cosy mezzanine chill out area over the living room, with a leather sofa bed, bean bag, TV and XBOX 360 with a range of games. This is a perfect place to relax and which also provides a useful additional sleeping space. ( note this has a slightly restricted ceiling height) An ideal space for teenagers.

Outside

Beside the front door, stairs take you up to a private roof terrace with panoramic views over the hills. This is an ideal place to catch the sun on the four sun loungers. There is also a dining table and chairs – ideal for catching the last rays of sun.

Extras

Efficient infra-red heating has been fitted in all the rooms making it the perfect choice for a Spring/Autumn golf break for up to 5 adults. The apartment also benefits for full air condtioning and Wifi throughout.
