Fully refurbished this kitchen offers everything you need and more . Loads of storage and tastefully designed you will find a full size fridge/freezer ideal for keeping your wine chilled and a large 8kg washing machine . There is a dishwasher so no wasting your valuable holiday time doing the washing-up and electric oven and hob, a microwave and kettle and toaster. with under the counter lights and a mirrored splashback.
Living Room
In the lounge there are 2 comfy large sofas. If you dont want to miss your soaps or sporting events there is a large flat screen TV with all english channels. There is a large selection of dvds and videos for your entertainment and an ipod docking station. There is a large dining table for up to 6 guests if you fancy enjoying some home cooked food. But if you prefer dining al-fresco, patio doors take you out to the furnished terrace where you can enjoy the built in BBQ.
Bedrooms
The large master bedroom has a large an en-suite bathroom. In addition to Air conditioning and 2 beside cabinets you will also find a chest of drawers and a large flat screen TV. Twin beds here can be adapted to a king size double if required. Ample wardrobe spaces ensures you have enough storage for your holiday belongings. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds that can be adapted to king size, air con, a chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and ample wardrobe space.
Bathrooms
The fully tiled en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There is a heated towel rail and bidet. A hairdryer is supplied for you and there are dual aspect hand wash basins. There is a WC and full length bath if you fancy a long soak with overhead shower facility. The family bathroom has WC, heated towel rail, hairdryer, full lenght bath with overhead shower facility and hand wash basin.
Outside
There is a large outside balcony with seating for 6 with a built in BBQ for your use. Just a stroll away you will find the community swimming pool of Las Palmeras. Within walking distance is the ever popular Bellaluz Square and supermarket. A leisurely stroll takes you to the luxury gym, tennis courts and state of the art padel centre.
