Lounge
When you enter the property you are immediately greeted with how light and airy it is. The sun floods through the patio doors into the lounge and kitchen area. Because the kitchen and lounge are open plan it means you wont miss out on all the gossip when your cooking up a storm. The kitchen is modern, clean and fresh with white cabinetry and plenty of worktop space. Here you will find an integrated oven and microwave a dishwasher as standard. Of course there is a kettle and toaster for the obligatory tea and toast. The lounge has patio doors that lead out to a furnished sun terrace affording views of the swimming pool. There is a built in BBQ and dining table and chairs for those nights when you want to dine al-fresco, or course with a cheeky glass of something chilled. The TV is wall mounted in the lounge and has a full range of English TV and sports channels.
Upper Sun Terrace
This is great area for sunbathing in private if you want to give the swimming pool a miss.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is spacious and has a patio door leading out to the rear of the villa. Here you will find ample wardrobe space which is ideal for storing all your holiday essentials. The double bed is shouldered by bedside cabinets and there is a also dressing table with lights. The bedroom has air conditioning but if you prefer there is also a ceiling fan.
En-Suite
The en-suite has double hand wash basins. You will aslo find a walk in shower and large vanity mirror.
Bedroom 2
In the twin bedroom there are 2 single beds but if you want they can be adapted to king size if required. The single beds again are shouldered by bedside cabinets. There is a large chest of drawers and ample wardrobe space. There is a ceiling fan as well if you prefer over air con.
Outside Area
This El Rancho villa sits on an enviable position in the community. Just a few steps away and you will find yourself enjoying the cool waters of one of 9 swimming pools. Bellaluz Square is around 10 mins walk and this seems to be a popular hub of activity during the summer months.
