Well positioned Individual El Rancho Villa …..

Kitchen

Refurbished to a high standard this El Rancho Individual Villa is a real home from home.

The kitchen has soft close drawers and cupboards and an integrated oven and microwave.  There are ample cupboards for storage and the kitchen is very well equipped. The electric hob has an overhead extractor and the kitchen window has views of the mature gardens outside and lemon trees. There is a full size fridge freeze for keeping your drinks chilled and a dishwasher so your not slaving away over the washing up all day.

The lounge is open plan and has a real homely feel about it with twin sofas.  For the winter months the gas fire gives a real warm glow whilst watching TV. During the summer there is air conditioning and also a lovely breeze filters through from the front and rear furnished terraces.  The villa benefits from a full English TV package so you wont miss out on all your soap action or sporting events whilst here. There is a large dining table if you want to eat in that has ample seating for 6.

On the rooftop solarium there are a couple of sun loungers for keeping the tan topped up.  The rear terrace has dining for 6 and a built in BBQ for dining al-fresco on a hot summers night. Out on the front terrace you can sit and chill on the comfy lounge furniture.

Master Bedroom/Ensuite

The master bedroom houses a large double bed which is shouldered by bedside cabinets and lamps.  There are floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and a large chest of drawers for housing all your holiday essentials. Patio doors lead you out to another terrace with views of the mature gardens.  An overhead fan or air con if you prefer will keep you chilled during the hot summer nights. The ensuite shower room has dual hand wash basins with a large vanity mirror overhead and a large walk-in shower.  You will aslo find a hairdryer, heated towel rail and WC.

Bedroom 1

Twin beds and a bedside cabinet along with fitted wardobes can be found here with air con and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2

There is a large double bed with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes.  Air conditiong and a ceiling fan also feature here as does a full size dress mirror.

The family bathroom

has a full size bath with up and over shower facilty.  There are dual hand wash basins and a large overhead vanity mirror.   WC, heated towel rail and a hairdryer can also be found here.

Utility Room

There is a washing machine and tumble drier here for your convenience.

Outside

One of the 9 swimming pool of the El Rancho Community is a stones throw away from the villa.
