About this property
This ground floor 2 bed bath Bellaluz apartment has just undergone a full refurbishment. The apartment offers light and spacious living.
Lounge
The large open plan lounge has comfortable seating for 4 with 2 large sofas. There is a large flat screen TV with full English TV channels. Ceiling fans and air conditioning keep you nicely chilled. There are Patio doors that lead out to a grassed area at the rear of the property which is ideal for avoiding the mid-day sun.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a fully integrated dishwasher and washing machine. There´s an electric oven and hob and there is also an under the counter fridge, a kettle and toaster and a microwave. The breakfast bar sits 4 and is ideal for socialising with the cook.!
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
In the master bedroom you will find a large double bed that can be adapted to singles if you prefer. There is air conditioning and an additional ceiling fan so you dont get too hot under the collar. With 2 bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a free standing wardrobe there is plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room that has a walk in shower, a hand wash basin, a heated towel rail and WC. The twin room has 2 single beds that can be adapted to king size if required, a bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. Air conditioning along with an additional ceiling fan. There is a large floor to ceiling wardrobe with ample storage space. The family bathroom features a walk in shower. There is a vanity mirror and a heated towel rail. A hairdryer is supplied for you.
Outside
To the front of the property there is a fully furnished paved patio area which is a real sun-trap during the summer months. If its shade you crave then at the rear of the apartment there is another furnished patio with table and chairs that overlooks the grassed garden area.
Bellaluz is well established and has become an imperative part of the resort. There is a comfortable village feel associated with Bellaluz and the focus of social activity takes place around the square where you can find some of the clubs best restaurants, pavement style alfresco cafés. And all the amenities you may need during a stay; these include a supermarket, boutique shops, bars and restaurants.
The Bellaluz village is perhaps the most child friendly community at La Manga Club in Spain. The mews-style Andalucían apartments are very child friendly and the area is relatively flat compared to some of the resort. The best family friendly feature of Bellaluz is the enormous shared swimming pool. It is actually one of the largest on the whole resort. The pool is perfect for enjoying the Spanish sunshine and staying cool in the water; it has a safe shallow childrens section and play area in addition there is also a is a pool side bar during the summer.
