Terrazas de Montemares enjoys an elevated position overlooking the superb swimming pool and countyside.
Kitchen
The kitchen has been tototally refurbished and is the central hub of this gorgeous apartment. Plenty of storage throughout ensures you will never run out of space. Beautiful white base units and integrated appliances are pleasing on the eye and the open plan aspect of the kitchen makes sure you never miss out on the social aspect of this apartment. The central island has seating for 4 on comfortable stools. A large free standing fridge/freezer has more than enough room to keep the essential wine and beer chilled for maximum enjoyment.
Living Room
In the lounge you will find ample seating for 4 on a brand new comfy sofa and a large flat screen TV which includes all sky channels for catching up on your soaps or favourite sporting events. There is air conditioning thoroughout the apartment so you wont get too hot under the collar. Patio doors lead out to a furnished sun terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and offers fantastic views of the Mar Menor and La Manga Club. Why not enjoy dining al-fresco during the summer months with the gas BBQ.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has the added bonus of an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Additional patio doors take you to a terrace ideal for drying clothes or looking out to the gorgeous view of the Mar Menor or swimming pool below. The bed is a large double and there are 2 bedside cabinets. There is an additional TV for days when you dont wont to leave your bed and floor to ceiling wardrobes with ample storage.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be adapted to a king size if required. A bedside cabinet, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes are also supplied as standard and the benefit of a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.
Bathrooms
The gorgeous refurbished en-suite bathroom has a large illuminated vanity mirror with hand wash basin and fitted cupboards and fully tiled large walk-in shower The family bathroom also features a illuminated vanity mirror, wash basin, a WC, a large fully tiled walk-in shower. Hairdryers are also supplied for your convenience.
Outside
The large furnished sun terrace commands a great view of the Mar Menor and overlooks the palm tree surrounded swimming pool. There are sun beds ideal for topping up your tan and a BBQ to make the most of your fun in the sun.
