Los Molinos stunning detached villa with outstanding views. Believe me you will not want to leave.  A short walk takes you to the infamous Los Molinos solar heated swimming pool and poolside restaurant.

Lounge

Opening into the bright and breezy lounge you will find a ceiling fan and Air-Conditioning.  There is English TV so you wont miss any soaps or sporting events on the large flat screen TV.  There are 2 leather sofas and for the winter months there is a log fire. Patio doors lead out to a fully furnished sun terrace with a built in BBQ where you can dine al-fresco in the warm barmy air. If you fancy eating inside there is a large dining table.

Kitchen

The kitchen is also very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, a dishwasher,  a microwave, a kettle and toaster and an electric hob and oven. Because there is a window looking through to the lounge area you wont miss out on any of the conversation.

Bathrooms

Downstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Because the master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom its a real added bonus. There is full size bath with up and over shower facility. There are 2 hand wash basins, a large vanity mirror and bidet and  WC. The family bathroom has a large walk in shower, a hand wash basin with a large vanity mirror and WC. Bedrooms

The 2 single beds in the master bedroom can be easily adapted to king size if you prefer. In addition to Air conditioning there is also a ceiling fan.  The master bedroom has 2 bedside cabinets and floor to ceiling fitting wardrobes.  In the twin room there are 2 single beds which can be adapted to kingsize if prefered. You will also find 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. There is a large fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and a additional ceiling fan.

Outside

The property has a furnished sun terrace with built in BBQ and dining table. There is a large rooftop solarium so you can make the most of the gorgeous sunsets and perfect views. Of course this is the best place to top the tan. The Los Molinos community has a large solar heated pool and poolside bar serves food all day. During the summer months they also have live entertainment.
