Lounge

On entering this Los Altos villa yours eyes are instantly drawn to the magnificent views of La Manga Club and the surrounding hills. In the lounge there is ample seating for 8 people around a real log fire and english TV.  You can be sure you wont miss your daily dose of  TV soaps and sporting events whilst here.  The dining area is large enough to enjoy a home cooked meal if you dont fancy eating out, or why not dine al-fresco, and enjoy the built in BBQ on the large furnished sun terrace. There is the added bonus of an upstairs cloakroom.

Kitchen

In the kitchen you will not be disappointed.  Everything is close to hand and its very well equipped.  The usual mod- cons include a large full size fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is huge and has a large double bed with bedside cabinets. There is the added bonus of an en-suite shower room and floor to ceiling wardrobes for all your holiday essentials.

Bedrooms 2,3 and 4

Each bedroom can be easily adapted to king size beds if required.  They are spacious with ample storage space and have air conditioning.  Bedroom 2 has the added addition of an en-suite shower room.

There outside space is key to the property and you will always be able to find a quiet corner to rest and relax and take in the stunning views of La Manga Club.  The villa is situated in Los Altos and is a stones throw away from the supermarket, banks and bar and restaurants. The enticing swimming pool is on the doorstep and has a sun lounger with your name on it waiting for you!
