Lounge

When you enter into this traditional Spanish villa you feel instantly at home.  Comfortable and very well furnished the lounge offers a cozy enviroment. Brand new comfy sofas and English Tv are available for all the soap addicts out there that cant bare to be without their daily fix. If you wanted to dine in whilst on holiday the dining table seats 4 and offers great views of La Manga del Mar Menor.

Kitchen

Extremley well equipped traditional kitchen.  There is a full size fridge freezer that has more than enough room to chill the essential wine and beer. The patio door takes you out to a sun terrace with a built in BBQ and yet more views of the surrounding area and La Manga.

Bathrooms

The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom has an up and over shower facility and full size bath for soaking those aches and pains away. There is also a large vanity mirror, wc and hand wash basins.

The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc and hand wash basin with a large vanity mirror.

Master Bedroom

In the master bedroom there is ample storage space for hanging your essential holiday wear.  There are 2 singles beds that can easily be adapted to king size if required and air con will keep you from getting hot under the collar during the summer.

Bedroom 2

2 singles beds and a bedside cabinet feature here and again they can be adapted to king size if required.  Air con and doors leading out to the rear of the property are also available.

Outside Space

The villa has a large rooftop solarium for making sure you have every opportunity to top up your tan. The villa is a stones throw away from the Los Molinos Community Swimming Pool and Poolside Restaurant.
