WOW! what a perfect find in Los Molinos. This villa really ticks every box. Well decorated, modern, bright and fully refurbished to a high standard.
The front of the villa has a lovely space for sitting and enjoying the early mornings and it would be hard to decide out of 3 terraces which one you would prefer.
Entering the villa you are immediatley focused on the large open plan aspect of the american style kitchen/lounge.
The kitchen is contemporary with black granite worktops and grey shacker style cabinetry. There is the all essential dishwasher for ensuring that no time is wasted doing the washing-up. Every mod con has been thought of here and of course no kitchen would be complete without a toaster and kettle.
Lounge
A large wall mounted TV takes centre stage and comfy seating for 4 around a coffee table. A stair case takes you up to a furnished roof top solarium ideal for topping up the tan to die for.
Master Bedroom
A gorgeous picture window makes sure you take in the fantastic views of La Manga Club and La Manga itself. A large double bed awaits you shouldered by bedside cabinets and floor to ceiling wardrobes. There is also a large ceiling fan if you are not keen on air con during the night so you wont get too hot under the collar. The master bedroom also has the added bonus of a large en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2
In the second bedroom there are twin beds that can be easily adapted to king size on request. Bedside cabinets and ample wardrom space make up this room with air con and ceiling fans.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom has a walk in shower, hand wash basin and large vanity mirror. You will also find a utility room that has the washing machine, tumble drier and storage for your suitcases if required.
